An accountant harboring an ardent love for fashion—where does this passion stem from?

It’s been ingrained since the beginning; I was merely two or three years old when I first sketched clothing designs. It was somewhat clandestine, especially within my family where the domain of numbers reigned supreme. Emerging from the finance sphere, the world of creativity was observed with a slight detachment. For 15 years, I’ve harmonized these two realms, finding immense joy and fulfillment in their fusion.

What presents the greatest challenge in navigating your “two worlds”?

Surprisingly, the challenges I encounter are strikingly alike. At this particular juncture, I am dedicating considerable effort both to the launch of my new capsule collection and to my team of specialists, aiding companies in the domain of models 231, bearing the same weight of pressure and responsibility. For individuals born with ambition and an entrepreneurial spirit, the hurdles and risks remain constant, whether it’s sourcing new companies for consultation on criminal offenses or shepherding the creative and productive processes of a collection.

What distinguishes your collections?

My tenure at Marangoni, spanning three years, echoes a pivotal lesson: every collection must possess an underlying motif to be deemed comprehensive. The crimson thread woven through my garments transcends mere aesthetics; it’s the essence of feeling cherished and extraordinary—often an elusive treasure even in the realm of luxury fashion.

Debuting your latest line of capes at the esteemed Hotel de la Poste in Cortina—what significance does this hold for you?

Cortina provides an illustrious platform to unveil a collection that encapsulates refinement, heritage, and culture. My capes are a canvas for everyone, be it a casually dressed girl in denim or an elegant lady clad in eveningwear. Versatile and adaptable, they traverse seasons from October to May, complementing a spectrum of styles from the weightiest to the most delicate.

Una commercialista di successo con la passione della moda, da dove nasce?

C’è sempre stata, avevo due o tre anni quando ho iniziato a disegnare abiti. Anche un po’ di nascosto dalla mia famiglia dove hanno sempre dominato i numeri. Venendo da una realtà come quella della finanza, il mondo della creatività è guardato leggermente con distacco: sono ormai 15 anni che li faccio coesistere, con grande divertimento e soddisfazione.

Qual è la sfida più grande nel gestire i suoi “due mondi”?

In realtà affronto sfide molto simili. In questo momento preciso mi sto dedicando tanto al lancio della mia nuova capsule, quanto al mio team di specialisti che supportano le aziende in ambito modelli 231, con le stesse tensioni e responsabilità. Se si nasce ambiziosi e con spirito da imprenditore, le difficoltà e i rischi che si incontrano sono i medesimi, che sia trovare nuove aziende a cui fare consulenza sui reati penali che sia di seguire l’iter creativo e produttivo di una collezione.

Cosa caratterizza le sue collezioni?

Ho studiato tre anni al Marangoni e ricordo bene la prima e più importante lezione: ogni collezione per dirsi completa deve avere un filo rosso. Il fil rouge dei miei abiti non è solo estetico: è la sensazione di sentirsi speciali e valorizzate, che è difficile da trovare persino nella moda di lusso.

Presenterà la sua nuova linea di cappe all’Hotel de la Poste, cosa vuol dire per lei il debutto a Cortina? 

Cortina è un ottimo palcoscenico per lanciare questa collezione che è racchiude in sé raffinatezza, storia e cultura. Le mie cappe possono essere indossate da chiunque, da una ragazza in jeans o da una signora in un abito da sera. Sono un capo versatile utilizzabile da ottobre a maggio sopra una varietà infinità di cose, dalle più pesanti alle più leggere.
